The right bottle size is the one you'll actually carry and finish. Too small and you're constantly refilling; too large and it stays home. Here's how to find your fit.

Small (350–500ml)

Light, pocketable and perfect for short trips, kids, handbags and desks with easy refill access. Ideal for copper morning water and compact everyday carry.

Medium (600–750ml)

The everyday sweet spot. Enough water for a commute, a class or a few hours out, without weighing down your bag. If you're unsure, start here.

Large (1 litre and up)

Built for the gym, hiking, long drives and hot days when refills are scarce. Fewer top-ups, more hydration between stops.

Match the bottle to the day: small for errands, medium for everyday, large for adventures.

A quick self-test

  • How long between refills? Longer gaps mean bigger capacity.
  • Where does it live? Bag size and cup holders set the ceiling.
  • What's your daily goal? Two large refills is easier to track than six small ones.
