Every SeeVed bottle is covered by a 7-day exchange for manufacturing defects.
What's covered
We offer a 7-day exchange for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — such as faulty seals, insulation failures or finish defects present on arrival. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches from everyday use, misuse, accidental damage, and issues caused by dishwasher or microwave use are not covered. Requests made after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.
How to request an exchange
Email hello@seeved.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. Once approved, we'll arrange an exchange for the same product.
